The Chula Shop Store Policy

Returns

• Returns / refunds are not accepted unless jewelry item arrives damaged. 
• If jewelry item arrives damaged please email Thechulashop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package to qualify for either a refund or have a replacement sent.

Shipping

• All orders take 2-3 Business days to process.
• Please make sure to enter your correct and complete address.
• If your order gets returned to The Chula Shop  for wrong / insufficient address there will be a $4.00 fee in order to have your order sent back again.
• All orders are shipped through USPS
• After your order has been shipped out and your tracking number has been sent, The Chula Shop is no longer in possession or has authority of your package.
• If your package is lost or stolen you will have to contact USPS and file a claim.
